Scriptures From God’s Word Showing Some Benefits of Being a Pure Worshiper to Consider

Here are just a few scriptures where God is telling us the benefits of applying His word to our lives:

Psalm 119:105, “Your word is a lamp to my feet And a light to my path.” (the AMP Bible)

Proverbs 3:1, 2 ,”My son, do not forget my teaching, But let your heart keep my commandments;
For length of days and years of life [worth living] And tranquility and prosperity [the wholeness of life’s blessings] they will add to you.
” (the A M P Bible)

Matthew 7:24, 25, “So everyone who hears these words of Mine and acts on them, will be like a wise man [a far-sighted, practical, and sensible man] who built his house on the rock. And the rain fell, and the floods and torrents came, and the winds blew and slammed against that house; yet it did not fall, because it had been founded on the rock.” (the AMP Bible)

Here’s More

James 1:22-25, “Do not merely listen to the word, and so deceive yourselves. Do what it says. Anyone who listens to the word but does not do what it says is like someone who looks at his face in a mirror and, after looking at himself, goes away and immediately forgets what he looks like. But whoever looks intently into the perfect law that gives freedom, and continues in it—not forgetting what they have heard, but doing it—they will be blessed in what they do.” (the NIV Bible)

John 8:31-32, “To the Jews who had believed him, Jesus said, ‘If you hold to my teaching, you are really my disciples. Then you will know the truth, and the truth will set you free.” (the NIV Bible)

These scriptures are just a few examples of the many. Yes, many scriptures speak of the benefits of applying God’s word to our lives daily. The Bible is full of wisdom and guidance. It can help us live happier, healthier, and more fulfilling lives when we put them into practice.

About Us, Now Shares a Testimony

A courageous Pure Worshiper of God shares her life story which reveals her unyielding faith, strength, and perseverance, even when faced with numerous tragedies. This testimony will show how God can help us all through times of deep stress.

As a young girl, she learned about God’s Word through a Bible study with fellow Christians who visited her home. She was later baptized at age 13. She eventually married a like-minded Christian, and together they had a son. Both she and her husband loved this child dearly. They were happily raising him in the love of a Godly home.

However, when their son was only seven years old, her husband contracted a viral infection that ultimately took his life. This left this Christian woman to raise their son alone. While continuing to teach him about God’s love and the teachings of the Bible, tragically, at age 17, her son was diagnosed with leukemia and passed away a few years later. Despite the heart-wrenching loss, this faithful sister maintained her faith and found comfort in God’s promise to grasp her by the hand… (Isaiah 41:13 “For I, Yahweh your God, hold your right hand and say to you: Do not fear, I will help you.” (HCSB Bible)

Her Unshakable Commitment

This sister’s story is one of unwavering faith and courage in the face of adversity. Her unshakable commitment to God and her trust in His love and guidance helped her tremendously. It helped her through the most challenging times of her life. With God’s help, she learned to find positivity in every situation. She became more understanding and compassionate towards others who suffer. Above all, her story is a testament to the power of faith, as well as the powerful strength that God gives Christians when relying on Him in every aspect of life.

About Us | Is God’s Law Burdensome?

No, God’s law is not burdensome; in fact, He assures us that it is not, as stated in this passage: “In fact, this is love for God: to keep his commands. And his commands are not burdensome.” (1 John 5:3 [the NIV Bible]).

John writes that keeping God’s commands is an expression of love for Him and emphasizes that these commands are not a burden for us. This means that obeying God’s commands is not meant to be difficult or a painful task, but rather a joyful and fulfilling way of living that will bring us closer to God. It will help us live a life in alignment with His will.

As we follow God’s commands and navigate through the challenges of this world, we can experience increasing happiness. We also fill a fulfillment in our lives knowing that God is with us every step of the way.

It’s also important to note that obeying God’s commands requires some effort. It takes discipline on our part because we tend to have an inclination towards taking the wrong path. we know it’s not always easy to do what is right and make choices that align with God’s will.

It’s Well Worth It

It’s well worth it in the end when we see all the mistakes that we would or could have made along with the guilt we feel that goes along with our mistakes. You see, God is preparing us now, as Pure Worshipers of Him, to live in His paradise without the existence of Satan.

Take note: paradise is, at most, only a lifetime away! Therefore, we must ask ourselves this question…

Will I be ready for paradise? Does God see me as a person who pursues peace with all? It’s something to think about.

With the help of the Holy Spirit and the support of our Christian community, we find strength. It also gives us the motivation we need to follow God’s commands while experiencing the blessings that come with obedience.

About Us, Now an Introduction to the True God

At BibleSnippet.com we are dedicated to helping you develop a strong and personal relationship with our almighty and loving God, ‘YHWH’. Please allow us to formally introduce you to Him by his personal name. That personal name is written more than 7,000 times in the original, or oldest manuscripts we have of the Holy Bible. YHWH can be translated as either ‘Yahweh’ (Hebrew form), or ‘Jehovah’, which was taken from the Latin use of God’s name.

Derelict in Our Duties As Ministers

As a minister of God, I feel it would be derelict in my duties if I failed to first properly introduce you to the almighty God by His personal name. So many prefer the use of ‘God’, yet just as ‘man’ is a title, so is ‘God’. Yes, God is merely that, ‘a title’, and not God’s personal name. It will always remain a title no matter its use. Moreover, when giving an appropriate introduction to God, it is essential to include His personal name, ‘Yahweh’ or ‘Jehovah’, as it directly refers to the specific deity you are addressing.

A Matter of Personal Preference.

To be clear, while it is true that the name ‘Jehovah’ is more commonly used in English (arguably so), it conforms to the naming conventions of other biblical names in English, such as Jesus and Jeremiah (among others). However, we do recognize that the use of Jehovah over the name Yahweh can be a matter of personal preference.

We simply pray that all of us will always use God’s personal name with the highest regard and honor, no matter which form we choose to use. Jesus said in prayer to his God and Father: “and I have made Your name known to them, and will continue to make it known, so that the love with which You have loved Me may be in them [overwhelming their heart], and I [may be] in them.” (John 17:26 [the AMP Bible]).

This scripture shows Jesus’ desire to make God’s name be known and to draw attention to God’s love for his followers.

Another mention of God’s name by Jesus is in the Lord’s Prayer. “Pray, then, in this way: ‘Our Father, who is in heaven, Hallowed be Your name” (Matthew 6:9 [the AMP Bible]).

Here, Jesus is asking God to hallow or sanctify his name which means to honor and glorify it. Therefore, we will use God’s personal name here at BibleSnippet.com; however, when we do so, we will normally use the name Jehovah because of it being the English form of use.

But, Why Use God’s Name? Isn’t Using the Title ‘God’ Enough?

I feel we must say a little more here due to the fact that so many religions prefer to use the titles ‘LORD’ or ‘God’ over the use of God’s personal name.

The use of God’s personal name, Yahweh or Jehovah, is emphasized. It helps establish a personal and meaningful connection with God, honoring His name as requested in the Bible (see below scripture). This connection helps us to better understand and appreciate God’s love, character, and purpose while approaching Him with greater respect and reverence.
